Randie Turner, President and CEO
Randie began her successful career in real estate in 1988. Randie has been an active member of the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA) since 2000. In 2001, Randie received the NOAA Board Member of the Year award for her dedication to the Lake County Chapter. Randie held the positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Board Member every year since 2000. Randie is very experienced in high level planning, organizing, delegating and managing. At PYA Management Group, Randie’s responsibilities include purchasing new properties, legal & accounting tasks, managing bank loans, strategic business planning, employee relations, marketing decisions and many other projects.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, dining in new restaurants and spending time with her husband and two daughters. Randie believes that our residents are the heart and soul of our communities. Giving our wonderful residents a nice place to call home is the reason she loves going to work every day.
Greg Skinner, Secretary/Treasurer
After living in sunny Florida for four years, Greg moved back to Northeast Ohio in 1989 to work with his sister, Randie, to purchase and renovate rental properties. Greg manages the day-to-day back office operations including cash flow processing, computer programming, product ordering, hiring of major contractors and evictions, as well as many other duties.
Greg and his wife Olga enjoy spending time with their two children, family pets, traveling and just relaxing at home. Greg has a life long passion for cooking, which struck him at a young age. Greg’s proven experience and commitment to PYA Management Group provides the managerial support that allows Ruthann, Lisa, and Michael to focus on satisfying the individual needs of our residents.

Meet the Owners
Ruthann Durrant CLP, Senior Property/Operations Manager
Ruthann has been with PYA Management Group since October, 2003. She completed the requirements to become a Certified Leasing Professional (CLP) through the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA). Ruthann was elected to be Secretary of the NOAA Lake County Chapter from 2008-2010. Ruthann completed a management training program for crime-free housing in Painesville. Her day-to-day tasks as Property/Operations Manager include: leasing apartments, resident event planning, rent collection, evictions, resident retention, vendor relations, coordination of the maintenance team and exceeding resident expectations, as well as many other duties.
Michael Durrant, Operations/Maintenance Manager
Michael has been with PYA Management Group since May, 2000. Michael received certification in electricity, welding, locksmith skills and the EPA lead renovator program. Michael is also very skilled in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, HVAC and much more. For emergency maintenance, Michael is always on call 24/7. Michael and his crew quickly respond to non-emergency maintenance needs within 24 hours.
Lisa Wardeiner, Leasing and Office Manager
Lisa Wardeiner has been with PYA Management Group since May, 2012. Lisa has been accredited with the title of Certified Leasing Professional. Lisa's responsibilities include leasing apartments, resident retention and collection of debt of current and former residents.
All employees of PYA Management Group have gone through training with the Fair Housing Resource Center.
