NOAA (Northeast Ohio Apartment Association)

PYA Management Group has been active members of NOAA for over 10 years. The Northeast Ohio Apartment Association represents multifamily owners and managers with interests in more than 100,000 units throughout the Northern Ohio region. NOAA promotes and maintains the highest professional standards in the apartment industry through education, publication and advocacy programs.

As a regional association, NOAA offers a wide range of services and programs as well as strong legislative representation. NOAA assists their members by protecting multifamily investment. 2005- NOAA Silver Key Award for Tropical Village Apartments

The News Herald "BEST OF THE BEST" and Painesville City Awards:

2005 - Tropical Village Apartments in Painesville was awarded "Pretty in Painesville" by the City of Painesville Officials.

2009 - Grant Street Apartments located in Painesville, Winner of the News Herald “ Best of the Best” in Apartment communities in Lake County.

2010 - Andover Courtyard located in Painesville Township, Winner of the News Herald “Best of the Best” in Apartment Communities in Lake County. 

2011 - Tropical Village Apartments located in Painesville, Winner of the News Heralds "Best of the Best" contest in Apartment Communities in Lake County.

Management Awards and Certifications:
 
2004 - Ruthann Durrant Property Manager/Leasing Professional is recognized for being proactive by participating and completing training in the “Mesa Crime Free Multi-Housing Program" and attending Fair Housing courses through the Fair Housing Resource Center.

2010 - Lorrie Mustard ARM, Marketing & Operations Manager is recognized for being proactive by participating and completing training in the "Mesa Crime Free Multi-Housing Program" and attending Fair Housing courses through the Fair Housing Resource Center.
