PYA Management Group owns and operates ten apartment communities in Painesville and Painesville Township, Ohio. The companies structured within PYA have been providing residents of Painesville, Painesville Township and surrounding Lake County with affordable apartment living since 1988. PYA Management Group is owned by Randie Turner and Greg Skinner. This incredible brother and sister team created an extensive portfolio of renovated communities in Painesville and Painesville Township, Ohio. Meet the Management Team
Ruthann Durrant CLP, Senior Property Manager
Ruthann Durrant has been with PYA Management Group since 2003. In 2004, she completed the requirements to become a Certified Leasing Professional (CLP) through the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA). In 2008, Ruthann was elected to be Secretary of the NOAA Lake County Chapter. Also, Ruthann completed a management training program for crime-free housing in Painesville. Her day-to-day tasks as Property Manager include: Leasing apartments, resident event planning, rent collection, resident retention, vendor relations, coordination of the maintenance team and exceeding resident expectations, as well as many other duties.
In her spare time, Ruthann enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and spending time with her husband, Michael (who is the PYA Maintenance Manager). Ruthann and Michael are the proud parents of Pooh Bear, a Labrador-mix. Michael Durrant, Operations/Maintenance Manager
Michael Durrant has been with PYA Management Group since 2000. Michael received certification in electricity, welding, locksmith skills and the EPA lead renovator program. Michael is also very skilled in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, HVAC and much more. For emergency maintenance, Michael is always on call 24/7. Michael and his crew quickly respond to non-emergency maintenance needs within 24 hours, which is much faster than the industry standard. Click here to submit a non-emergency maintenance request.
Michael enjoys working on classic cars and taking long drives in the country with his wife, Ruthann (who is the Property Manager). Michael’s high level of commitment to quick response times and quality property maintenance results in the high level of resident satisfaction at our PYA communities.
Lorrie Mustard, ARM - Regional Operations & Marketing Manager
Lorrie Mustard joined PYA Management Group in June, 2010. Previously, Lorrie was a Property Manager at Forest City Residential, based in Cleveland. Lorrie brings over 14 years of apartment management & marketing experience to her new role as Marketing and Operations Manager. Lorrie is a certified Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was honored as ARM of the Year in 2009. Her responsibilities at PYA Management Group involve creating new marketing ideas, website maintenance, leasing apartments, resident & employee event planning, publishing a monthly newsletter, collections and special projects as needed by the Owners.
In her spare time, Lorrie enjoys spending time with her husband and five sons. She is an avid bowler and enjoys traveling, the outdoors and watching movies. Lorrie will work closely with the owners, Randie Turner and Greg Skinner, to insure that the company’s strategic goals for resident and employee satisfaction are exceeded. Randie Turner, President and CEO
Randie Turner began her successful career in real estate in 1988. Randie has been an active member of the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association (NOAA) since 2000. In 2001, Randie received the NOAA Board Member of the Year award for her dedication to the Lake County Chapter. Randie held the positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Board Member every year since 2000. Randie is very experienced in high level planning, organizing, delegating and managing. At PYA Management Group, Randie’s responsibilities include purchasing new properties, legal & accounting tasks, managing bank loans, strategic business planning, employee relations, marketing decisions and many other projects.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, dining in new restaurants and spending time with her husband, two daughters and the family pets. Randie believes that our residents are the heart and soul of our communities. Giving our wonderful residents a nice place to call home is the reason she loves going to work every day.
Greg Skinner, Secretary/Treasurer Olga Skinner, Office Manager
After living in sunny Florida for four years, Greg Skinner moved back to Northeast Ohio in 1989 to work with his sister, Randie, to purchase and renovate rental properties. Greg manages the day-to-day back office operations including cash flow processing, computer programming, product ordering, hiring of major contractors and evictions, as well as many other duties. Greg’s wife, Olga, also plays a key role in the business as the Office Manager. For four of the communities, Olga collects rent payments and manages lease renewals.
Greg and Olga enjoy spending time with their two children, traveling and just relaxing at home. Greg has a life long passion for cooking, which struck him at a young age. Greg’s proven experience and commitment to PYA Management Group provides the managerial support that allows Ruthann, Lorrie, Michael and Olga to focus on satisfying the individual needs of our residents.
